A number of the images, most notably portraits, appear as grey/black blocks on the pages in my copy of the book. Some are faintly distinguishable, others are simply black squares. Thankfully the maps appear to be correct and are printed as they appear in Dodge's other books.

This Elibron Classics book is a facsimile reprint of a 1907 edition by Gay and Bird, London.
