Having read a number of books on the Berlin operation, it was interesting to see the Soviet point of view, particularly their view of German defenses. I believe you have to take wonder how accurate the number quoted in the book. That said, the author did a good job of making the boo||I think it is worth its proverbial weight in gold, for any Guide looking to add depth to their knowledge and understanding of the Oder Front battles and the final, tumultuous assault on Berlin itself.
